As a new member of the Automotive Sales Team, you naturally want to hit the ground running. We’ll support you from the very beginning with a structured and practical approach.
We’ll give you a clear understanding of our products, processes, target groups, and sales procedures. Through concise training sessions, helpful materials, and practical insights, you’ll learn step by step everything you need for a successful start in automotive sales.
After just a short time, you’ll take on your first independent tasks and be actively integrated into day-to-day sales operations—from approaching customers and assessing their needs to supporting the proposal and closing processes. This allows you to apply what you’ve learned directly and gain valuable hands-on experience.
